Description: It is $339 per room and there is 2 available. There is another roommate that lives here, he will be staying (he is also gone every weekend to atl). But this is a great place to live- there's free tanning, tennis court, basketball court, pool, grills, gym, trash removal, maintenance, basic cable and water included, completely furnished w couches-washer/dryer-micro-full size beds-computer desk-chair-side tables-kitchen table..ect. We are also located on the basement, which I love. We have a back slider door with a porch as well. The apartment is in good shape and FURNISHED and I just need 2 people to take over the 2 rooms that are available, as soon as possible. The lease ends August 1, 2010.
