Description: Hey everybody. Looking to sublet my room in a huge house across from the Harp. The house is awesome, (like i said its really big), two living rooms, renovated kitchen, bathroom, 4 bedrooms, enclosed porch area etc. The room itself is one of the biggest in the house. Two closets, hardwood floors. Pay for own electricity, heat. Essentially unlimited parking. Other roommates are just regular Umass juniors, nice kids. Neighbors are cool with everything. As I've said before, house is across from the Harp (a bar) and about a 5 minute walk from the townhouses and bus route 31 stop.

ALSO: another one of the roommates may be moving out as well (thus freeing up another room). so if you know of a friend that may want to move in with you there is a good chance we can make that work
