Has full kitchen with dishwasher, in unity laundrey and small backyard with a deck. Dogs and cats are allowed. Nov. is already paid for and if you sign in the next week I am willing to pay $300 towards Dec. rent and you can have the $750 security deposit that I put down when the lease ends. So there is a brief overview! If at all interested or have any questions please let me know!
