I am trying to move out of my apartment asap, because of a job opportunity. Rent is $515 utilities are included (water electric, as well as internet and cable.) The apt comes fully furnished. apt has washer/dryer, microwave and a fridge. Bedroom comes with desk, dresser, full size bed. It is a first floor apt with a balcony. There are two pools, a computer center, fitness center, theatre center. This is also an individual lease that goes through july 2010. Great roomates they are all UCF students and are very responsible and friendly.

Northgate is two MINUTES from UCF (literally directly next to it). The UCF bus system stops at Northgate as well. Northgate is also within walking distance from UCF. We've never had ONE issue with the Northgate management and everyone in the office is extremely pleasant and helpful.

Hi! I will be in Orlando on December 4th...do you think that your room will still be available to come look at by then?? If not I might be able to come earlier! I really need a place to stay for the Spring semester! Please let me know, Laura Z

Hi Laura yes. my apt will still be avalible to look at. i work until five on friday. as long as thats ok with you. when were you interested in moving in?

I need a place to stay from January until May...I know that the lease goes through July so I was thinking that I could try to find someone else to sublease it for the last couple of months. I've heard good things about Northgate Lakes and since I might not even have a car I need somewhere that's really close to UCF! I'm really interested in your place and I'm thinking I might even be able to check it out over Thanksgiving Break , I don't know if you'll be around but please let me know!!
