Description: Hello,
I am looking to sublease my place in a 3 bed/2 bath house. 2 female roommates, both are very nice and quite, not really at home most of the time. Both go to UGA, both have dogs and one cat in house.

Bedroom comes with bed and dresser, whole house furnished. Rent $450/month including all utilities and trash service. On the North side, in a small, quiet Neighborhood off of Newton Bridge Road. Near loop, about 5 minutes from downtown, and close to stores, but far enough that it's not crazy all the time. Large fenced in Yard! Animals welcome, no deposit or pet fees!

Let me know if you are interested. Need to get a replacement ASAP, moving to a place with a pasture for my horses.
