We currently have an excellent opportunity in our Global Operations Center in Wheeling, WV for an HRIS Analyst.

Under the general direction of the Manager, HR Systems and Process Improvement, provide consultative hands-on functional, reporting and technical support for PeopleSoft HCM users. Analyze business requirements and identify system solutions to meet those requirements. Participate in projects to deliver business solutions.


Responsibilities:
• Perform configuration, setup and testing support for new modules and business processes.
• Administer role-level system security and workflow configurations.
• Educate functional-users, super-users and self-service users on core HR business processes.
• Fulfill ad-hoc reporting requests.
• Develop system specifications for projects to meet new business requirements.
• Working with the Manager, HR Systems and Process Improvement, participate in project planning and administration, including issue tracking, project roll-out, communications and end-user training.
• Develop test plans to ensure reliable project implementation.
• Participate on project teams for large strategic projects including system upgrades and implementations of new modules.

Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree required.
• 3-5 years business analysis experience supporting PeopleSoft HCM, including a comprehensive understanding of PeopleSoft HR, Payroll and Benefits business processes, set-up tables and best practices required.
• Working knowledge of PeopleTools (Query), Crystal Reports, MS SQL and other related technical components of PeopleSoft required.
• Understanding of HR/Payroll regulations to assist in regulatory monitoring and reporting required.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and customer-service skills required.
• Consulting experience or experience in a client/consulting team environment preferred.
