Description: I am subleasing my 1bed/1bath room in a 4bed/4bath apartment for spring semester. This apartment is located at University village which is only a very short drive from campus. The complex has many great amenities including tanning beds, pools, running track, car wash, tennis courts, gym, clubhouse, security, and many more! My roommates are great and the apartment is very nice! Rent is $450 a month plus the split utilities cost. The first months rent is FREE!!! Im transfering to alabama in dec. How muchare utilities usually?

This month I payed 75 dollars. It is a little more expensive during the summer when the a/c is running, but I have never payed more than $100. Also, there are currently only 3 girls living in the apartment so if another person moves in and it is split 4 ways it should cheaper. The utilities include water, power, cable and internet.
