Description: House is VERY close to campus. (19th and ousdahl) So short walk to classes. Rent is without utilities that usually add up to about $380 to $390 a month. Male or female is ok. There are 2 girls currently living here so whatever your preference is. Just someone who can pay rent regularly and stay clean. This would be a sublease and you would be able to move in on thanksgiving break.
