Description: Subleasing a one private bed and bath (in a 4 bed/bath) apartment in the Reserve in Athens, GA for Summer 2010. (May 8th- July 28th, end of lease). It comes furnished with a bed and dresser, plus furniture for the living room and kitchen table. Full kitchen and dishwasher, also has washing machine and dryer. It's on the 3rd floor, which is the top floor.

-The Reserve is a gated community with lots of amenities: basketball courts, tennis courts, pool, grills, running trail, Free tanning, workout room, computer lab, game room, and it has a lake. Located less than 2 miles from East Campus of UGA. On the Athens Transit Bus line.

-$369 a month rent. Utilities not included, usually about $50 a month. (the total utilities is split between the 4 roommates). May be less during the summer. (The Reserve charges a sign-up fee of $90, but we are willing to cover that.)
