Description: I'm currently a junior at IUB but I will be going abroad for the spring semester so I'm looking to sublet my townhome. Although I don't need to officially move out until the end of the semester I have a place to stay and can begin the sublease with two weeks notice.


The townhouse includes a spacious living room leading out French doors to a patio, a half bath with large storage closet, kitchen with built-in dishwasher and dining room area, and laundry area (with washer and dryer) on the main floor. Upstairs are two large bedrooms, a full bathroom with linen area. You will have your own large bedroom with a second story walk out balcony. There is also a community pool and grills available.

The townhouse unit is located on the end of the row, therefore you will only have one shared wall. The location is conveniently located near the football stadium and is within walking distance of campus. It is located in Brownstone Terrace at the corner of 14th and Dunn.

Rent is $438 plus utilities (water, cable/internet, electric) so in total it will run about $500 a month. Normally these apartments run $50 more per person but since I was a returning resident I was able to receive the old rate. This is really a great value for the close proximity to campus and the quality of the townhouse.

The townhouse is shared with a female roommate, whom is also a paying party on the lease.
