Description: Hey, we have a room to rent in our place downtown in Little Italy/Columbia District!

-Located in Little Italy/Columbia District, our building is called
TREO Luxury Condos
-1st floor
-4 bedrooms (3 bedrooms + Office technically)
-3 bathrooms (one in each master and one downstairs shared)
-Both master bedrooms and Office/bedroom upstairs, one bedroom downstairs
-Approximately 1500 square feet
-2 parking spaces in parking garage included in rent, additional
parking spots available in lot across the street which we rent spaces in
-laundry/washer and dryer are upstairs
The location of the condo is on A street, between Kettner Blvd and A
Street. We are on the first floor, we have a small cement wall/gated
patio with locking gate. Downstairs is one bedroom and the living room
and kitchen, which basically are open to each other. Living room is
fully furnished with:
-two couches
-coffee table
-sitting chair
-37" LCD TV
-digital cable + HBO and Showtime
-sound system
-dining room table with 4 chairs
-desk with chair
-fireplace
-dark hardwood floors
-vaulted 15 foot ceilings, large windows from the ceiling that cover
about 2/3rds the wall
Kitchen
-dark granite counters and backsplash
-cherrywood cabinets
-stainless steel appliances (dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, oven,
microwave, gas stove)
-island with granite counters
-fully stocked with plates, cups, bowls, utensils, etc.
There are ceiling fans/lights in every room as well as wireless
internet throughout the house. Upstairs is just bedrooms and the
washer/dryer. The room currently open is the "Office" room, so the
closet is outside, but you could easily put an armoire in the room.
There is also a lap pool, jacuzzi, workout room, and three or four
separate BBQs and dining areas outside, included in rent. They are in
the interior of the complex, easily accessible from our place. There is also a couple
of meeting/event rooms free of charge to tenants to rent out.
The rent is $650, plus utilities. Gas/Electric usually runs around
$40-45 a month, sometimes less because we don't need to use the AC or
Heater usually ever. We have Cox cable/internet, $42 if you don't want
a cable box in your room (still get cable in your room, just don't
have the guide/movie channels/on demand), and its $49 if you do have
the cable box in your room.
For parking, we have two spots in the garage that come with the place.
We usually rent 2 spots in the parking lot across the street for $200
($100 each). If you want a spot, it's $50 per month, or if you want to
park on the street, you do not have to share in the cost of parking.
Before we rented our spots, though, we got around 2 to 4 tickets each
due to street sweeping or whatever, so I personally suggest getting a
spot. The parking is free at night from 6PM-8AM and all day on
Sundays, but you have to pay as soon as it hits 8AM Monday through
Saturday.
Karl Strauss and the W Hotel (Rice, club upstairs, etc), are about a block away. Tons of restaurants in
Little Italy are just a couple blocks away, as well as one of our
favorite bars, the Waterfront. The Gaslamp is also relatively close,
about 11 blocks of a walk, but you can basically get anywhere in the
city for about $6 or $7 cab ride. Also, we're only about 2 blocks from
the harbor, so it's always nice to see the sunset over the water as
you drive home!
