Description: This place is perfect for someone looking for a spring semester lease in a nice quiet apartment close to Columbia.
The apartment is on 109th Street between Amsterdam and Columbus Avenues on the Upper West side. We are a five minute walk to the Columbia main campus (where I am a graduate student). We are extremely close to a number of nice Columbia bars and steps from the BC trains on Central Park West and steps in the other direction towards the 1 train.
The apartment is completely renovated complete with a dishwasher and new stove and fridge. All the bathroom fixtures, floors, cabinets and windows have also been replaced within the past three months.
You will be taking over my lease beginning December 1st and running through July 15th of this year.
My roommate is a sweet 28 year old professor at Columbia. She doesn't have parties or friends over, so you will have plenty of quiet time to get work done or just relax.
