Description: Roommate needed for 24 year old male, named Cory. I am currently living with him now, and he is a great roommate. I have recently come across some personal things that I have to take care of and need to find someone to sublease the place until the lease ends in early September. The apartment complex is located at 700 East Drake Road. It is very close to both CSU and FRCC, and even closer to the Vet School. It is in a great location--easy to access all parts of town, but not in an overwhelmingly crowded or noisy location. It includes an all electric kitchen, garbage disposal, wood burning fireplace, washer and dryer in unit, private patio, and a spacious bedroom closet. The apartment is a garden level apartment, which makes it perfect for easy access and an easy move. The apartment complex includes a tennis court, a tanning bed with free tanning, swimming pool, clubhouse, fitness center, and fenced in dog park. The complex is very pet friendly. My roommate is allergic to cats, so preferably only dogs if you have a pet. The rent is $385 a month, not including utilities, but usually it averages from 400-425 depending on the season. The room for rent is the master bedroom, with a double closet. As I said there is a patio attached to the living room, which makes it perfect for those who smoke.

Subleasing is very easy and simple. The security deposit has already been paid by me, so thats a perk! Basically, all you do is apply to governors park, and you would take my name on the lease by resigning the lease. The lease is through September 5th. The carpets will be steam cleaned upon arrival and I have a copy of the lease for those who are truly interested. After resigning the lease, all obligations of the lease are left in the hands of only the people on the new lease.

The current roommate, Cory, is a fun-loving guy, who loves to play his guitar. He plays and writes his own music. He is good-hearted and a lot of fun. He enjoys the company of friends, drinks, smokes, and goes to the bars occasionally. He prefers someone who enjoys the outdoors, especially snowboarding, frisbee golf, hiking, camping, etc. He enjoys the company of people, but also is respectful of personal space. He is very clean and tidy, upbeat, and loves meeting new people. He is a very relaxed, down to earth person. He is currently working full time and enrolled part time at Front Range. As I said, dogs are OK, and personal habits such as smoking, etc are not a problem. Cory has lived with both males and females, so gender does not matter; he is very respectful of both. However, we are looking for someone around his age, give or take a few years. As I said, he is 24 years old.

My belongings are still in the apartment, so there will be plenty of room for any pieces of furniture you might have!
