Description: Hello!

One room is available in a great apartment in an ideal location.. someone needed ASAP! The lease runs until July 1st, and there is definitely the option to resign.

The apartment is really close to the B C and D green T lines, which comes in handy in the winter! Less than 5 minutes to the C line, and about 7 minutes to the B and D! We are right by Cleveland Circle, on the Brookline Brighton border and super close to shops, restaurants, CVS, Shaw’s, and Whole foods.

The apartment is VERY close to the Reservoir – which is a nice place to go for a run or walk!

The apartment has a dishwasher, coin op laundry and hardwood floors. The rent for the room is only $665. Last month’s rent and pro-rated November rent is due on lease signing. Utilities run about $80 a month and this includes wireless internet, cable, DVR!, and electric. Heat and Hot water are included in the price of the rent – this is very nice in the winter as well!

The room is very large and open with a balcony off the side, and also a decorative fireplace. You can fit a queen bed, dresser, desk, side table, etc. and still have plenty of room.

There are 2 cats in the apt with the tenants that live there now. They usually save staying out late for the weekends, but like to hang out during the week, cook dinner, watch TV, have some wine, etc. They the Red Sox, good food, wine & beer, and traveling.
