Description: We're looking for a roommate (girl) who is clean and considerate, and can stay for the rest of the school year.

If you're trying to save money, looking for a quiet place, but still want to use the school shuttle, this is the place!

You'll be living with 2 very nice, considerate girls who are very quiet. This apartment is 2 bedroom 2 baths; you will be sharing a bathroom with another girl.

Things provided:
1 Parking spot (right in front of the apartment)
Washer and dryer in the apartment
Balcony
Cat-friendly (dog-friendly if your dog is quiet)
No lease
Lamps
Closet+ Shoe rack
Curtains for privacy (itâs already set up)
(Desk and chair if you need them)
3 keys (for the apartment, for complex entrance/s, for mailbox) and a gate control

Location:
The gate is on Nobel Dr. and near Regents Rd. (so it's close to UTC, the shopping mall and La Jolla Village Square, for groceries and shopping)

Across the street from 1st Arriba shuttle stop! (always a seat for you if you're an UCSD student!)

Things to pay:
Deposit: $100 to secure your place and, if you move in during the first week of December, you'll pay the rest of the rent ($370 minus the days you haven't been there)
Rent: $470 per month
Utilities: approximately $35 a month

No pet fee or application fee!

Ideal Move-In Date: preferably the first week of December
