Description: I'm moving home by December and need to find a my roommate a roommate! She is a very responsible 18 year old Christian female and we would prefer someone of the same religion and no older than 25 who is very responsible as well. (no couples please)
The room for rent is 13'x16', has a spacious walk in closet, a regular closet, private bathroom, and large vanity.
The entire apartment has hardwood floors, and is very nice.
The only bills are internet (20 each a month) and electricity (averages about 60 each a month). Total it would cost you less than 550 total a month for the apartment, which is a great deal for the area. It's a very nice area and extremely safe.
