Description: We are offering one bedroom in our three bedroom house starting in early January and running through July 31st. Tenants will be two female seniors at Ithaca College and one small cat. Female college student preferred, but upstanding gentlemen considered.

Bedroom is very large, with a small office attached. Small walk-in closet. Hardwood floors. Plenty of room for all of your belongings. Overlooking S. Aurora St. Double sized bed and box spring, desk, and dresser included. Possibility of a couch being included as well. Very clean.

House is rather large for three people. Kitchen, living room, dining room, one bathroom, three bedrooms and two enclosed porches (One upstairs and one downstairs). Good location for South Hill residents and IC students, just 2 blocks from the commons. On site parking. Internet and electricity are not included in the rent, but already set up. Free laundry and drying in the basement.

Current tenants are studious, but also like to have fun in moderation. They are easy going, but cleanliness is important. Smokers are welcome. Pets a possibility.
