How much longer is on your lease? would I be able to renew the lease once it is up?(if you dont know I can figure it out) I just hate moving and would like to stay there long term. How is the environment in the ardmore?(ie. noise, maintenence, security ect.) Ive never been up there.

well my lease lasts until june but the place always gives you the opportunity to renew it and you can renew it for as long as you want because I am moving out of the city for good. The place is pretty quiet and the building has some set policies so nothing gets out of control. Maintenence is great, there's a building manager that lives here and is constantly cleaning and keeping things in order. Security is also good. There haven't been any issues with that that i know of. You get a special key to enter the building and your buzz number is different than your apt number so no one can walk up and find out which unit you are in.

oh and if you're an mu student you get discounted internet and cable

sounds alright so far... where in the building are you? can you hear the music and people from Caffs everynight? when will you be available to move??

No I rarely ever hear them. Once and a while in the summer if I have all my windows open I can hear them but I've never been bothered by it. I am on the second floor which is great because moving things in and out doesn't require taking the elevator every time. The laundry room is also on this floor down the hall, so doing laundry requires just walking down the hall (and it smells like fresh laundry a lot). The soonest I could be completely out would be December 20th. I'll for sure be completely out by January first as I will be starting a new lease in Chicago. When are you looking to move in?

Ive been looking at reviews and one said no AC? I have a window one at home, would a window unit work with your windows? and I need to move in ASAP. I live on 35th and State... worst experience ever. So thats why I have so many questions... Im being pretty picky about my next place.

yeah it doesn't have ac but lots of people have window units. I have a portable ac unit which uses the window for exhaust and it works just fine. 35th and state huh? sounds kinda scary ha ha

yea...its cheap and big but its terrible. My neighbor pretty much threatened to kill me the other day and said she was gunna mess with my car.... sooo yea. the sooner the better.haha would you be available for a walk thru anytime soon?

yeah for sure. There is one girl coming the 5th to look at it, would you want to come that day as well or would you like to see it sooner?

If its possible to see it sooner that would be great... Im stressin so much about tryin to find a new place and the more I see in a shorter time the better. I do have another question tho... is your living room long/big? I have a 60 in. TV and the further I am away from it the better... if you know how that goes
