Description: I'm looking for someone to sublet my room starting this coming January. The house is on Dewey street south of campus. It's an easy walk up to campus and there's a bus stop at the end of the street that goes up to campus every 12 minutes. Ideally someone would stay through the summer and take over the lease, since I won't be returning until the end of June. If you're looking for two rooms together, someone else is also looking to sublet his room in the house.

--Rent is $487.50 and all utilities are paid by the tenant, which usually come to about $40-$100 a month.

--Full kitchen w/ gas stove
--One shared bathroom
--Washer and Dryer free in basement
--Free parking behind house
--Two considerate male roommates
--No one has smoked in the house in at least the last year
--Room comes furnished with double bed, dresser, and desk. There is also a closet which is great for hanging clothes.
--Pets are welcome in the house
--You can move in over Christmas if you'd like
