Description: I will be graduating in December leaving my wonderful roommates without someone to live in my room at our townhouse. The sublease for the room will begin in January and run through mid-August. The townhouse is four bedrooms, has its own washer and dry, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a large living room that is already furnished, tons of storage, and three super-amazing roommates. The complex is within walking distance from HEB, Target, Hastings, and Grace Bible Church (if you're into that) and is right next to 2 bus stops on route 27 and also 2 stops for route 26. The room available is on the first floor of the townhome and has a large window, large closet, and even its own bathroom. There are 3 other roommates (two girls and one boy) living in the apartment, and they are all awesome. :) I know some might think it would be uncomfortable living with people of the opposite sex, but honestly these are the best, most easy going roommates you could ask for and any problem that you might have living with a person of the opposite sex can probably be remedied really quickly. The room available will not be furnished (though if you need it, I could probably throw in my bed or desk or both to sweeten the deal--just ask), but all other apartment furnishings are taken care of including a large TV (which we have DVR with), two comfy couches, a retro red dining room table, and a big cushy chair. The rent is $450/month + 1/4 utilities (less than $60 a month), and about $25 for extended cable with DVR and high speed internet. Also living in the townhouse will be a medium sized very sweet and dopey dog, and a small adorable kitten (they are cleaned up after well). If you have any questions PLEASE let me know. If you would like to tour the house PLEASE let me know. I hope you will consider this house and my sublease.
