Description: Room opening from November 10th until December 29 (with the possibility of a longer term stay) in our three bedroom, top floor apartment.
The apartment has hardwood floors throughout and is about as central as you can get in SF, on Haight at Masonic. Parking isn't too difficult, and there are 5 bus lines out the front door that take you directly to almost anywhere in the city. Walking distance to Golden Gate Park, a market and tons of restaurants and shops.
The room is Medium sized, about 11'x 14' and furnished with a dresser, queen size bed and nightstand. Common areas include living room, bathroom and kitchen. There is a back porch with a grill and laundry in the basement.
Rent is $795 and will be prorated for the partial month.
Move in is rent for the duration of your stay (no deposit).
We are looking for someone laid back and responsible, male or female is fine, 420 and cat friendly, and in their mid 20s to 30s.
