Hi Erica, my tenants are moving out. One tenant is moving out I believe November 15 and the other December 15. So soon two Furnished rooms will be available with private bathrooms. The location is Doral, it is a very nice area, near malls such as Dolphin Mall which has bars and outdoor atmosphere like Coconut Grove. http://miami.craigslist.org/mdc/roo/1453234021.html

Hi, I saw your listing and I'm not sure if this would meet your needs but I'm a current UM student and need to sublet my apartment for the upcoming spring semester because I'm going abroad. I saw that you're moving to Coral Gables next week but my apartment would be available from 1/1/10 to 6/1/10. The rent is $760/month with parking and utilities included and I currently live with another UM female student and she isn't going abroad and will be here! The apartment building is called Valencia and it is 5 minutes away from the University of Miami campus in South Miami/Coral Gables. Please contact me if you're at all interested!! Thanks!

Ashley- I haven't found a place yet and I'm en route to Florida now. I'll arrive in Ft. Lauderdale tomorrow night. I want to find a place and move in on Monday. I don't want to spend more than $750/month.

Well I'm looking at places in Miami on Sunday but I was planning on moving in till December. But I found a few places that you would at most spend 550/month plus utilities
