It is less than a block from the A/C/E/2/3 trains and a 3 or 4 minute walk from the 4/5/J/M/Z/N/R trains.

The usual rent on this apartment is $4000/month ... I'm looking for someone interested in getting a deal for a short stay in exchange for taking care of my cats and watering my plants. I'm going to be away November 20 - December 9, and am looking for someone who could stay all or nearly all of that time. $950 for those 20 days + $250 security deposit.
