The house is a 10min walk to Laurier and a 15-20min walk to Waterloo universities. Bus stops for 7, 9, and 31, just down the street. Close to King Street shopping. The house has a dish washer, clothes washer and dryer, and the kitchen is stocked with utensils and cooking materials. There is also a big backyard, and a carport that is shielded from the wind and has a barbecue. The landlords are great and really take care of the house so it's not a student dump.

The room is big for student housing. It comes with a bookshelf, desk, bed, dresser, and closet.
