I saw your ad on the aol rented spaces website- I am really interested in this house- I have 2 well-behaved dogs and a cat and I currently live in Mississippi. I am graduating from Ole Miss this December and plan to move to the Boulder County area in January. I am sure that you are looking for a tenant sooner than that, but in the off chance that January is okay- this house looks like a great fit for my boyfriend and I.
