Hey, I live in a 2 bedroom basesuite which I own. I'm looking for a roomate for Dec 1st or asap. I have the whole bottom of a house in Inglewood ( NW of downtown) 15minute busride to downtown or like 5 min to westmount. Put in a brand new kitchen with dishwasher last year, have a large living room with real fireplace, one bathroom, room for storage in garage ( heated) or even your car. I have a cat ( she is currently missing) so i would prefer no other pets. My boyfriend is moving to BC for the winter so I need someone to fill the spare bedroom. We have a outdoor hot tub( which is owned by the person upstairs- you could use if you help pay for the chemicals), rent includes everything ( wireless internet) we have insuite laundry. $500/month. let me know if your interested.
