When you walk into the townhouse, you enter an over-sized living room, where leather, reclining furniture and a TV are provided. When you walk through the living area, you enter the kitchen and dining room. This includes new appliances and a dining set. Behind that is the walk in laundry room, where a full sized washer and dryer are included. There are storage closets throughout the house. CABLE with HBO and high speed INTERNET are provided in the rent. The lease will begin January 2010 and last through the end of July, it is a 7 month lease. I am graduating December 12th and will be ready to move ASAP, so if you need to move in in December, that can be arranged. Lease now and have your security deposit waived!
