House is fairly new and in great condition. 5 fantastic girls for roommates, all very friendly and easy to get along with. Bedroom is furnished with a bed, dresser, desk, computer chair, TV and DVD player. It is off of the kitchen, right next to the bathroom and has a privite door to the outside. Rent negotiable. Paying $625 right now, great deal!!!

Yes, it's for the winter semester. It does not include untilities, but they've averaged to be about $30 a month so far.
