Why? Due to extenuating circumstances (ie: the economy) I need to rent out the lower half of my bi-level to meet the mortgage. I am offering the entire downstairs of my bi-level house in the Highland Lakes section of Vernon, NJ. Price includes one bedroom, one closet, one living room with wood burning stove (slider doors that lead to a large deck which leads to the fenced in backyard), a half bath, use of the upstairs kitchen, use of the upstairs full bath, use of laundry room (to which I must have access through your space -a hallway-), wireless internet and tv. I am a young-minded 40 year old woman who works in arts & education. My older, sweet dog and well behaved 5 year old will be sharing the upstairs with me. In the Summer, you would have access to 5 club beaches & lakes (non-motorized boats only). In the Winter we are just moments away from paid skiing areas.
