Description: One bedroom available in three bedroom / two bathroom house

Located off Burbank in Summer Wood subdivision, a short 5 miles from campus.

Rent includes the room (11x12) and cable TV. Bills include all the extra stuff such as electricity, internet, HD and DVR and usually come out to be around 70 bucks a month. (best part about having roommates is everything is way cheaper)

House includes pool-table, extensive DVD collection, 42'' flat screen, all the normal stuff such as washer and dryer, we have a grill on the back patio as well. Netflix comes free with the house as well, hooked up through the x-box and any instant cue movie you want can be set up.
Huge garage and attic as well for storage etc. as well as a decent sized backyard that is fenced in. Not to mention there is plenty of room to park as well, plus of having a house is that no one gets towed here.

Roommate is graduating in december and his room is going to be available as soon as the start of December. You can either sign a lease for six months starting in January or you can sign one for that six months plus the month of december which will be pro-rated depending on when you move in.
Current roommate that will be staying here is Eric N., he is the Head Baker and Manager of Truly Free Bakery & Deli off of Perkins
I'm Mark D. and an undergrad at LSU majoring in Communication Studies and graduating this year but plan to go to grad school as well.
