Rent include: High speed internet Cable TV All utilities You will be sharing the apartment (kitchen & living room) with a lovely lady and her daughter. They are extremely nice and are very kind people! I am only leaving this place because I am moving to Calgary for a job otherwise I would stay here for at least another year… This is place truly is a wonderful place to live!
