Description: This is at 1251 W. Cary, super close to campus. Each roommate has their own bathroom, and their own parking space. This apartment is totally renovated, energy efficient, includes dishwasher, washer/dryer, A/C, heat, and gas fireplace! The landlord is fantastic, is always around his other properties on Cary Street that he's currently renovating, and is always very polite and helpful.

I know this rent is expensive for most apartments in the area, but it's worth it for such a great apartment and a fantastic landlord!

how much are utilities a month?

This month everything was about $120/person. It's a bit less when the weather is warmer. That's water, sewer, trash, recycling, cable, internet, power.

Hi I'm currently a freshman at VCU and I want to move out of my dorm as soon as possible (mostly for the spring semester tho) so I was wondering if I could come see the extra room you have, if its still available. I'm really clean about my kitchen and bathroom area, I will admit tho I am a little messy about my room but mostly just laundry and clutter (no bugs!) and my parents would be paying the rent so it will always be on time! If you have a chance I'd love to come check it out! Thanks!
