Looking for a Roommate:

Have 2br/2bath condo, looking for roomate for $550.

Why? I have a spare bedroom and need a roomate, on bus route - 5 miles from campus

Description: On Cullen Ave, right off Burnet Rd, set back a little ways from the street so it's a bit more private. In a complex with quite a few other condos. There are 2 balconies and a pool right outside. It's 5 miles from UT campus and close to bus stop.
There is washer/dryer, refrigerator and microwave. 2 parking spots, one covered. I also have living room furniture.
I'm Looking for someone who is easygoing and will pay rent on time, and can live with a small, very friendly dog. Non-smokers, please, and someone who is tidy and won't leave the place a mess. I'm 19 and go to UT, easygoing, and I have my own friends so I won't be in your hair all the time.
Rent does not include utilities/eletric which will be around $50.
I'm looking for someone to move-in in January, but the room is empty so earlier is fine too.
