Description: You'd have your own room and share a bathroom with a couple who shares the other room at Parkside apartments off of F st in-between 14th St and Covell. 10-15 min bike ride to UCD. Close to Unitrans E line, and the Yolo bus. Roommates are timely with rent, utilities, etc. They're pretty cool people.
