Why? My roommates are graduating, so I am currently looking for two roommates to take their spot in our house-- close to campus!

Description: For the Fall 2010 School Year:

**Seeking 2 academic, non-smoking females (preferably friends!) to share a large bedroom. Bedroom has two windows (one to the front of the house, and one to the side of the house). Closet in room and lock on the bedroom door!

Rent: $425/each (plus utilities)

Our house is 2 blocks from campus-- very close! It is a 3-bedroom house, and you would be sharing the largest room. House also contains living room, kitchen, basement, washer/dryer, 1 full bath, and 1 half bath. Off-street parking. Reliable landlord!
