We are one young professional, and one student living in a nice bungalow in Westgate, SW Calgary. The rooms are a decent size, we all share a kitchen and common area. There are 2 rooms for rent in the house, bringing the total people to 4. There are two full bathrooms in the house, one up one down. The #101 and #104 bus stop is right outside the front door, about a 10-12 minute commute into the core.

Rent is $500/mo including utils (cable, internet, water, gas, elec). References please. 6 month agreement (negotiable). We'd like you to come hang with us for a drink and see if we mesh!

Let me know. I will be out of town for the next 6 weeks, but am reachable by email, and the current roomies are around if you want to see the place and meet them.
