Description: I own my house here in Lincoln, and my current roommate is moving out the end of December, so I am looking for a female roommate to replace her.

A little about me - I am a 26 yr. old with a full-time professional job. I am a pretty laid back landlord - as long as you keep my house nice, I am happy. The house is generally a very calm, quiet house, as I work 6:30 - 3:00, so I am looking for someone with a similar schedule. I prefer a non-smoker with neither pets nor children.

You would have the entire basement to yourself, including 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, and a large family area. Amenities include washer/dryer, wireless internet, cable TV, parking in the garage, your own bathroom, and a kitchen full of everything you already need.

The house is located in a great neighborhood and only 10 minutes from downtown Lincoln.
