Looking for one female roommate $280 for $280.

Why? My roommate is doing study abroad next year.

Description: Its the upstairs of a house on Wisconsin St. It's only 280 a month with everything included except cable. Lots of parking in the back. The hallway ceiling and shower are not very tall (fyi if your tall). I also have a kitten which will be about a year old next year. The lease is from Sept 2010 to Sept 1011. If you are at all interested please send me a message to get more details or to come check it out.

Hi, I may be interested. Where on wisconsin would this be? And does the $280 include heat and electricity? I also have a male cat whos over a yr old now...
