Hey! contact this number, 519-497-2529 and ask for Diana. Tell her the room is at 310 Spruce St Main Unit, and that you'd like to see pics. I left early so that they could fix the room up and put in new floors, so Diana will be handling the rental in that room from here. I'm sure she'd love to have a lease with you until next August as well! Good Luck!
