It is a 4 bedroom house, is there 2 others going to be living there? how much are utilities? and is 595 an individual lease?

Yes, 595 is an individual lease and your only responsible for your lease. Also, the only bill you will be paying is electricity which runs about 50 a person. All other bills are included in your lease. We are not sure what the 2 other girls have decided to do yet. Most likely ever one will be moving out.
