Description: Practice leader and builder sought to lead several offices environmental departments for multi-disciplinary firm Western New York region. Job will be based in the Rochester office of engineering driven consulting firm. Civil or Environmental Engineer or Geologist. Professional licensing a plus. MBA and LEED AP a plus. NEPA or planning background a plus. Transportation experience a plus. This person will have a background either in consulting or as a regulator and have genuine expertise in the consulting business and a strong technical background.
