Looking for 3 roommates starting in January for $300.

Why? 3 of our current roommates are graduating in december and we need more.

Description: nice house, close to campus, big fenced in backyard, spacious rooms.
There are 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it's 300 per month plus bills which usually run around $75 or about $100 in the extremely cold or hot months... this includes electric/water, gas, internet and cable
Washer/dryer
the lease would start January 1, and end May 31 but if you needed to move in a bit earlier we could probably work something out. It's a pretty laid back house if you are interested please send me a message and you can come look at the house and see what you think.
