Description: The lease runs until May 16th (there is an opportunity for renewal)!! The deposit is already taken care of, all that is needed is a $45 application fee, and a cosigner.

The apartment is a 2 bed/ 2 bath apartment including washer/ dryer, full kitchen (dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave). Water, Trash, Sewage, INTERNET and CABLE already included in rent! Only other bill is electric! The living room and dining area are unfurnished since I will be taking the couch and table. The available room is 10'x12', bathroom is attached (shower has a tub).

The other bedroom is currently being rented out by a chemical engineering grad sudent at CSU. He is rarely home during the day and often leaves in the evenings. He just wants the person moving in to be quiet/ studious (not throwing any parties at the apt).

About the apartment complex: it includes a business center, recreation room, beach volleyball court, pool (open in the summer). It is located 2 blocks south of campus-- takes about 20 min to walk. Very close to Spring Creek trail!
