Description: A small bedroom is available in our four-bedroom two-bath house downtown. We are walking distance to MUSC and bike-riding distance to anywhere else downtown! Upstairs apartment, landlord pays the water bill, free off-street parking, central heating and air, hardwood floors, cheap wireless, sweet porch, washer and dryer. You would share a bathroom with one person. Room can be furnished or unfurnished. Roommates are one couple (he is a CofC grad student and she is a recent CofC grad) and one girl (Art Institute student). We're really laid back and the apartment is usually fairly quiet. We also have two small cats and would prefer not to have any more pets. I will be available most of the week if you would like to stop by and check it out!
