| Description: | Large, one-bedroom apartment located within walking distance of downtown Culver City, so you have easy access to bars, shops, restaurants and movie theaters. There is plenty of parking, day and night. It’s a front corner unit with only one shared wall. It has 2 side yards and a dog run in the back. Hardwood floors throughout. New paint, new screen doors. Cute kitchen with vintage gas stove. Large windows in living area and bedroom, so the place gets great light. Window-unit air-conditioner works great and doesn’t up the electric bill as you might think, although I rarely have to use it. Huge bathroom with tons of storage space, a tub and shower. Bedroom has built-in shelves, a secretary’s desk, and ample closet space. Unit is one of three and is set back off the street with tall trees surrounding the lot, so it’s very quiet and private. Laundry is on site and free. The landlord does live in the back of the triplex, but he’s super nice and keeps to himself. He does have large dogs, so you need to be comfortable with animals. NO CATS. But pooches are welcome! The place is right next door to Jackson Market, so if you need to grab a bottle of wine or you run out of toothpaste, it’s super convenient. Plus, they make delicious sandwiches with Boar’s Head meat. Yum! |
