Description: I have a 1 bedroom/1 bath that needs to be rented out from january till July, the rent is $399 the cheapest in town and the only utility is electric which is average $35-$40. There are 3 other guys here that are very laid back and great to get along with. There are 2 pools, 2 Volleyball courts, and 2 Basketball courts. Great Location. Never have to worry about parking.
