Description: Hello, We have an extra room for rent .

The house has 3 Bedrooms, 2 baths, hardwood floors, granite counter tops, oak cabinets, stainless steel appliances, beautiful fireplace, HUGE yard with enormous deck, also a cute little deck on the front of the house, new landscaping, etc.

Laundry and ample parking available.

we are 25 yr old professional working adults, (There are two of us one male one female) not partiers but we do like to go out the odd night once or twice a month on the weekend or have a few friends over for drinks once in a while.

weeknights stay pretty quiet as we all work weekday early mornings. we keep it pretty laid back in the house.

Respectful of a room mate as we hope you would do the same for us. I myself like a clean house, we expect you to pitch in on the chores, as I am not your maid. I've had experience with roommates who think that because they pay rent, they dont need to pick up a broom once in a while or that they can leave their stuff lying around. Im not a drill seargent, i just like a tidy space is all. :)

No pets - sorry.
Smoking outside is fine.

Rent is $650 all inclusive.

Sorry for the pictures, they don't really reflect what the place really will look like as we just moved in ourself, and are still getting things together, but you'll get the idea. Looking to rent the room out beginning December 1st.

Home is located Nw edm. Close to major bus routes. Only one bus downtown. :)

how far is from u of a? Is it a female house?

U of A is south edmonton, the house is loated northwest. If your taking transit you would jump on the bus downtown then take the train. so maybe 40 mins travel time maybe a bit less. driving it would be about 20 mins in morning traffic. There are two people occupying the home, both 25 yrs one female one male.
