Renting:

Why? Unfortunatly, I need to move back home due to personal reasons, so I need a student to replace me in my room. I live with 3 other students, one female, and two males, who are between the ages of 19-23. They are friendly and sociable and are all friends. The room will be available to rent around January/February and the contract lasts till July/August. It is £208 per month (£48p.w) plus bills of around £5p.w.
