Description: I am renting out a fully furnished 1br/1ba of my condo in Las Palmas (2 miles N of Flagler College on San Marco Dr.). Renting in this gated community includes access to the pool, hot tub, gym, tennis courts, and car wash facilities. My condo has a washer/dryer, stove, fridge, freezer w/ ice maker, disposal, central AC, overhead lights, and fans with remotes. I also have a garage that can be used to store your stuff! The closet for this bedroom is a huge walk-in! You can fit all your clothes and a dresser or two. I have a small dog who is friendly and likes to sit on the couch and chill :)
