what all does the $829 include?

The tenant pays: electric, gas, cable and internet. So far the bills haven't been too bad, however we have not turned on the heater. The $829 is the total rent, $414.50 per person. There is no laundry in the unit or building. I hope this helps! If you have anymore questions please let me know! :)
